Location Photoshoots can be challenging!
There are many elements that go into creating a successful photoshoot and when we head out on location some of those elements are out of our control. Some of the things to consider when planning a location photoshoot include:
Checking the location you choose allows professional photographs to work there. Some locations and councils require a work permit.
The surrounding facilities, bathrooms, places to change, access to WIFI, parking, travel time are just a few considerations.
Foot traffic, how many people will be in the area when you want to shoot? The public do like to stop and watch.
Of course, weather, we all know how wrong the forecast can be. Do you need a contingency plan for wet weather? Sun, lighting, shadows, time of day are all a factor.
