In our professional studios in Melbourne, Sydney & on Location, we create professional acting portfolios for emerging and experienced actors aged 13 to 75+ years.
We specialise in creating diversity in your acting portfolio, to showcase you in a range of emotions and styles, which is essential when approaching agents or when self representing.
Our acting clients have gone on to appear in major Australian & International movies, television shows, TV commercials and theatre productions. Some have continued their career overseas with great success. We also assist clients with cross over portfolios for models and actors, combining a range of images for both uses.
We offer guidance on how to start with self representation in the industry and offer details on how to go about finding an agent.

Simple headshot, 3 photoshoots or VIP? There's lots of options!
We have a simple headshot sitting, or a private session with a minimum of 3 different photoshoots and VIP experiences. You can have natural headshots (essential) through to character images that make you stand out. We guide you every step of the way to make it fun, easy and enjoyable.
In around 2010, agents in Australia started to follow the LA trend of moving away from just a 'headshot' and into diverse acting portfolios, to showcase an actors range and personality. Alise is an expert in this field and will coach you on how to create a collection of character images, to make your acting portfolio interesting to a casting agent and talent scout.
It's really important to have the appropriate hair & makeup styling, coupled with expert retouching refinement, to ensure the images are a polished reflection of you. Over photoshopped or poor quality low resolution imagery will not be acceptable to casting directors. How do we know? Because they are our clients and they keep us updated on the industries trends. We're here to guide you every step of the way.

Modern actor portfolios include imagery that is emotive, a mix of headshot, half and full body positions. Combining photographic styles such as traditional studio environments, natural light and street scape is required for diversity and range.

HOW WE CREATE ACTING PORTFOLIOS
Our studios offer a range of Acting Portfolio options: a simple headshot sitting, a 3 hour private portfolio session, 1/2 and full day VIP experiences.
Our spaces in Sydney and Melbourne are award winning warehouse conversions, with lots of natural light, lifestyle areas and professional studio backdrops. We also offer streetscape and location photoshoots.
You will work with Treia, our highly experienced Stylist. Styling expertise, a colour consult, clothing consultation and lots of shoot preparation is provided to help you get ready.
Treia will make sure all the little details of professional photography come together. Changes to your clothing, photo style and locations are dependent on the experience you book. We help you create looks the agent wants to see and know what will photograph best.
Work with our expert hair and makeup artist. We understand how important it is to bring the photographic lighting, styling and makeup together. We use Kryolan photographic high definition makeup, to achieve a flawless look.
To diversify your acting portfolio we change makeup and hair styles. Agents & casting directors love to see a range of natural and character images so they can see your range.
Alise is a formally trained professional photographer with more than 20 years experience. Alise will show you how to position yourself in front of the camera and coach you through a range of facial expressions to complement the shoot styles.
As Alise photographs each shoot, she edits your Collection of shots to your best images. Your acting portfolio shoots will include headshots, half and full body images in a range of settings; studio, natural light, lifestyle and if possible also streetscape.
The first edit of natural retouching is applied to the final Collection of acting shots before you see them on the day. Providing a same day viewing is really rare in the industry and just another reason why people love working us.
Natural skin softening and removal of body marks is complimentary. We offer a retouching menu for personalised requests. It's important that the images have an editorial quality and not be over retouched. Agents want polished, professional images for their websites.
The edited Collection is presented for you to view and order on the same day. Photography is a personalised product and you won't know what you'll want to order, until you see the results of what we create for you.
