MELBOURNE
Alise Black Photographic Studios in MELBOURNE is located in Richmond in a incredible modern warehouse. Winning the award for best warehouse conversion, 2005, the space has been recently renovated in 2021.
Located on Melbourne's city fringe we offer client parking on the street when you request our parking permit. Alternatively, we are a few minutes walk from both the train and tram stations.
The commercial and lifestyle studios is split over three levels and provides a huge ground floor studio with professional backdrops and textured walls. The second floor offers a lifestyle shooting area, designated boudoir studio, bathrooms and kitchen facilities for food photography. We offer a private hair and makeup space, change room, all with contemporary fixtures and the highest quality finishes.
The space and location gives flexibility and diversity when creating your professional images or artworks. Being in Richmond there are numerous laneways, parks and locations near by for outdoor shoots.
SYDNEY
Alise Black Photographic Studios SYDNEY studio is located in Surry Hills. In late 2023 we decided to change up our space again and not only offer studio photoshoots but a lot more location photoshoots in Sydney - furthering the catalogue of work for our clients.
Our studios are likened to a day spa environment with a funky yet chilled vibe. We offer a dark studio area with backdrops, natural light photography, lifestyle areas, outdoor spaces with interesting textures, professional makeup area and bathroom, kitchen facilities and contemporary furnishings. The Sydney studio is a unique property and a one of a kind experience.
Parking on the street is fairly easy for the inner city with 1P, 2P & 4P free and paid parking available. Alternatively, we are conveniently located a 5 minute walk from central train station or bus public transport.

AUSTRALIA & INTERNATIONAL LOCATIONS
For commercial shoots and pre-packaged private sessions, we are available to travel both within Australia and internationally. Alise has travelled to all states around Australia for commercial clients. As we are a professional photographic studio, we have industry contacts in all major cities for studio spaces.
Internationally we have been to New York, Paris, Thailand, Fiji, Brazil, Chile Indonesia, Italy and Spain for shoots. Alise has travelled to over 22 countries and is experienced in working with many different nationalities.
