Alise Black Photographic Studios is located in Sydney & Melbourne. We have a private, relaxed and safe studio environment where we create beautifully styled lingerie photos. Our boudoir shoots are for ladies of all adult ages and sizes, wanting empowering images that are classic and dateless. We offer completely private boudoir photography sessions that are pampering and quickly relax even our most nervous guest.
Alise Black will be your professional photographer
Alise Black is a formally trained professional female photographer who established her studios in 2003 and has photographed thousands of people of all different shapes and sizes. Alise will always be booked as your professional photographer and has photographed everything in our boudoir photo gallery, commercial, private and portfolio galleries. Our website showcases over 1000 images which is a small sample of her work. You are always guaranteed to receive Alise as your boudoir photographer and the same level of expertise, guidance and quality.

Our team of talented female artists will explore your personal boudoir style and you may add in a classic semi nude photoshoot into your private session should you choose. You will be directed every step of the way utilising body language techniques, so that every boudoir photo has beautiful detail and emotion. We do everything for you, even as far as showing you how to position your body, so that you may simply relax during your boudoir photography session with us.
You can trust that our years of experience in boudoir photography will help you create elegant boudoir photos that you will love for a lifetime. We pride ourselves on making sure all of our clients love their lingerie photos and leave our studio feeling confident.
Your privacy is important
At Alise Black Photographic Studios, your privacy is important to us. The images on display in our Boudoir Gallery and on our website have had each client grant permission for their public viewing. Every client is given the option to sign a display release form. If you don't sign, the images will remain completely private. If you do choose to sign consent, this will allow us to possibly share them on our website. We have always been about preserving our clients privacy, so with us, you have the choice and control.
For your protection, we do not hire any external digital retouchers or do any offshore processing. Our professional fine art printer is based in Melbourne and we have worked with them for over 15 years. They specialise in seriously beautiful prints.

The definition of boudoir is a beautifully decorated room for sleeping, dressing, relaxing and entertaining. A boudoir shoot involves female photography in beautiful lingerie.
YOUR PRIVATE BOUDOIR PHOTOSHOOT INCLUDES
Studio Hire
Our studios offer a completely private experience for our clients for 3 to 6 hours during a pampering Boudoir photoshoot. Professional studio, lights and camera equipment included in a beautiful day spa like environment. Choose a Standard 3 hr Session, 1/2 or full day VIP Experience.
Our spaces in Sydney and Melbourne are stunning award winning warehouse conversions, with lots of natural light, lifestyle areas and professional studio backdrops. You will have a completely private makeup room & bathroom. The studio is climate controlled & there is easy parking & transport nearby.

Styling
You will work with Treia, our highly experienced Stylist. Styling expertise, a colour consult, clothing consultation and lots of shoot preparation is provided.
We create a minimum of 3 styles of photoshoots in a Standard Session, 4 in a 1/2 day VIP and 6 in a Full day VIP Experience.
Some clients choose to create a styled look, followed by lingerie and then semi nude photography. Others like to do all their styles in beautiful lingerie. We're here to help you create a gorgeous collection of images and will design the looks to your taste.

Hair & Makeup
Expert hair and makeup is essential in high definition photography. We understand how important it is to bring the photographic lighting, styling and makeup together. We use Kryolan Photographic High Definition makeup, to achieve a flawless look. Suitable for all skin tones, the Digital Complexion Foundation and primers are beautiful on the skin.
To diversify your boudoir images we alter makeup and hair styling 1-4 times depending on the Session you book. Individual lashes may also be applied and are a beautiful detail in Boudoir Photography. Choose natural or dramatic makeup styling - the choice is yours.

Professional Photographer
Alise Black is a formally trained professional photographer with more than 20 years experience. Alise will always be your photographer on the day regardless of which city you book. Boudoir is a very detailed photographic style requiring expert guidance, technical skill and training.
Even our most shy clients love the experience with us because our studios are private and we personalise your boudoir shoot to your comfort. Alise will show you how to position yourself in front of the camera and coach you through a range of facial expressions to complement the shoot styles.

Digital Retouching
During your Session Alise provides the first edit of natural retouching to the final Collection of photogaraphs before you see them on the day. Providing a same day viewing is really rare in the industry and just another reason why people love working us.
Natural skin softening and removal of body marks is complimentary. We offer a retouching menu for personalised requests. We understand that some clients are self conscious about some areas and will ensure this is treated with the upmost care and sensitivity.
Same day viewing & delivery
The edited Collection of only your absolute best professional photographs are presented for you to view and order on the same day. Perfect for busy clients and those travelling from a distance to our studios.
As we offer a wide range of options, we kindly ask you to contact us so we may provide you with upfront pricing, tailored to the experience most suited to you. We offer standard 3 hour Sessions where you customise your order, custom packages, 1/2 and full day VIP boudoir experiences.

about boudoir photography
Over more than 20 years I have photographed thousands of people of all ages, sizes and from different walks of life. Lots of clients are very nervous when they begin their boudoir photography journey. The reasons why women choose to book a boudoir shoot vary; some women have undergone body transformations, others health challenges, some just want to do something lovely for themselves or create a special gift.
My team and I, pride ourselves on creating a really comfortable, private environment. When you call to enquire or book a time, we thoroughly run you through all the details of our sessions.
We only recommend poses that you feel comfortable doing. It is very important to me that not only do you enjoy the experience, you feel empowered as we create your images. I will direct your poses and help you with how to sculpt your body into beautiful forms that complement your shape, height and best features.
We very much respect that a lot of clients like to keep their images private, so our gallery is a very small sample of the thousands of shoots I have photographed. I have worked with women who are pre and post mastectomy, women sized 6 - 24, aged 18 - 75+ and ladies who have concerns about areas of their body that they feel uncomfortable about. One client received our newsletter for over 10 years before she gained the courage to book in. When she was leaving after seeing her images, she said to me "I finally see what my husband sees in me." She left feeling confident and beautiful.
Lighting techniques, technical camera skills, beautiful styling, tasteful poses, all form part of a wonderful photographic shoot experience. Boudoir Photography is for all sizes and your comfort is my highest priority.
